The prompt connects the reasons for your major with the contribution you hope to make. General writing advice on this site does not add to the requirements or create a scoring rubric.

Eligibility and supporting material

The earlier homepage listed U.S. accredited-college enrollment, undergraduate or graduate study, a minimum 3.0 GPA and commitment to academic excellence and community service. The form also requested academic and enrollment verification. Confirm the complete operative conditions before applying to a new round.
