Grant selection process

Eligibility, review and award delivery answer different questions. Keep them separate when reading the information for your application round.

01

01 / Eligibility

Eligibility concerns whether an application satisfies the program’s conditions. Check enrollment, study level and any other applicable requirement before preparing a submission. A general guide cannot decide individual eligibility.

02

02 / Review

The earlier program page referred to essay quality and commitment to educational and career goals. It did not provide a complete weighted rubric. The 2026 award page publishes its rubric and tie-break procedure; reviewer assignments must be complete before applications open. The reflection planner does not create those criteria.

03

03 / Notification

A notification communicates a decision. Confirm the channel and timetable for the relevant round. If you receive an unexpected request for documents, verify it through the program’s published contact route before sharing private information.

04

04 / Award administration

Selection, verification, publicity and payment may be different events. A dated recipient announcement records the statement that was published; it does not by itself document when a payment was completed. Ask the program about the steps relevant to your situation.
